Update Information on Sizzler from the host team follows (with inserted information for PWST in red):
Attached is the timeline and timing assignments PWST HAS A TIMING ASSIGNMENT ON SUNDAY. WE NEED 2 VOLUNTEERS TO HELP SPLIT TIME UP IN 2 HOUR SHIFTS. Yes, this is a long meet and we expect they will run a little faster than the timeline but please prepare to stay for all your events!!!!
Attached is the warm up. Please arrive 30 minutes BEFORE warm ups to ensure you get situated prior to the meet. This is a new venue for most of you so please arrive with plenty of time. If you are running late you MUST text Coach Judy. Relays depend on you texting that you're on the way. TEXT ONLY 832-259-1170
Attached is Sunday’s and Monday's heat sheet - no heat sheets available at the meet. please print and bring your heat sheet to the meet.
We will not have any for sale at the meet and will only print updated relays after ALL changes have been submitted for coaches. Please make sure your families and coaches know this. We will post the updated relays on the wall at each end of the pool and by the ready bench area for reference.
NOTE: FINAL meet format to minimize the timeline and maximize the fun!
BOYS events and all MIXED RELAYS (at the start of each day) will swim in the west pool closest to the lobby.
GIRLS will swim in the east pool on the diving board side.

We will have a girls pool (diving board end) and a boys pool (lobby side) & 2 sets of ready benches. Please have your swimmers report to the ready bench to keep the meet running efficiently!
All mixed gender relays will start the meet each day in the boys pool.
Spectator bleacher indoor seating is for observation only. There is NO SETUP in the stands. Please NO flash photography at the start of a race. Team set up is outdoors, in the grass on the east side of the NAT (easiest access to viewing/ready bench from here). Some areas are shaded, some are not. Tents are advised. No generators on the grass. No set up in the circle drive way.
All coaches must display NWAL issued coach badge to be allowed on deck.
Teams will be limited to no more than 3 coaches per team. Each allowed coach may have a chair.
Random Heat Winners: Prizes will be given out to winners of random heats throughout the meet.
Award pick up: Each team will need to list a Team Representative to contact for award pick up. No awards will be mailed. (Coach Judy will be your representative)
