Time Trials is tomorrow!  We still need volunteers to help us run a successful meet for your kids to show off all they've learned in such a short time.  Please be sure you talk to Michell Wilson to let her know you can help.    We will also need help tonight during practice to set up the tents for volunteers to be shaded during the meet.

All swimmers should come - it's like getting an extra day of free practice!  Even the littles are welcome.  We will have swimmers/coaches ready to help them cross the pool.  It's always best to get them used to what to expect for the day when they are able to cross the pool on their own.

Swimmers will be entered in all events that are appropriate for them and we ask that they try their best.  We expect many will not be able to perform the strokes exactly but it gives coaches a great idea of what to work on the following week.
