Good evening Parents,

I we are going to try to split the timing assignments with 2 shifts.  Note that some people will need to work both shifts as we have a small team and thus our volunteer base is small.  But everyone must help out.  If you have not signed up, please go sign up for a spot as soon as possible.  I will assign families that have not signed up what is left.

NOTE that I've put down 8 spots for each shift but one of the shifts will only require 7 persons (5 timers and 2or 3 scribes)  if you are a scribe and sitting all morning, please work with those timing to switch out or give relief to the timers.  OR please sign up for the 2nd shift as well so we have all spots covered.  

Entries are attached.  We are awaiting for the host to combine events to make the meet run faster before publishing the heat sheet but at least you'll have an idea of what your kid(s) are swimming on Saturday.
