Good morning Piranhas,

This is the regular meet prep email before our 3rd dual meet tomorrow against Cutten Green. 

FIRST, we are actively monitoring the weather situation. Our intention is to wait until the last minute before calling off the meet. For parents that need a refreshes on these procedures:

• Thunder and/or lightning - Delay of 30 minutes. No swimmers in pool. Any swimmers in pool must exit immediately. 
• Rain obscuring bottom of the pool - Delay until bottom becomes visible again. If the bottom of the pool cannot be seen because of strong rains then nobody can verify that there isnt a child underwater and struggling to stay afloat. 

It seems like most of the rain should come in the afternoon, so hopefull the meet will not be impacted.

SECOND, just like last meet, all swimmers are expected to head to the ready bench when relays are swimming. Coach Cayden will be organizing relays and looking for alternates in case someone is missing. If you dont have a relay then it is extremely important you show up as a potential alternate. 

PLEASE NOTE THE HOST TEAM HAS A MUCH EARLIER WARM UP TIME THAN PREVIOUS TEAMS.

• ADDRESS is 6740 Seegers Trail Dr, Houston, TX 77066. 
• ARRIVAL is 6:30 to 6:45
• PARKING. Park along W. Greens Rd. Respect the "No Parking" signs and do not block residential drives. Follow instructions from host team volunteers.
• IMMEDIATELY CHECK IN AT THE TABLE LIKE LAST MEET
• WARM UPS are 7:00 to 7:30
• TEAM MEETING after warm ups
