I hope everyone is ready for our 4th dual meet of the season! Here is your normal meet prep email.

Attached to this email is the PARKING LOT MAP, the list of swimmer EVENTS, the PSYCH SHEET, and the VOLUNTEER list. Links have also been provided. 

Just like last meet, all swimmers are expected to head to the ready bench when relays are swimming. Coach Cayden will be organizing relays and looking for alternates in case someone is missing. If you dont have a relay then it is extremely important you show up as a potential alternate.

MEET INFO

• ADDRESS for the pool is 4403 Lost Lake Ln, Spring, TX 77388.
• ARRIVAL is 7:00 to 7:15
• DESIGNATED PARKING. The address for the parking lot is 21402 Oak Bridge Ln, Spring, TX 77388. It is between the pool and the tennis courts.
• IMMEDIATELY CHECK IN AT THE TABLE LIKE LAST MEET
• WARM UPS are 7:30 to 8:00
• TEAM MEETING after warm ups

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Only volunteers with name tags provided by Bridgestone and swimmers are allowed through the back gate by ready benches. Everyone else MUST use the front entrance by concessions. 
• Visitor set up is on the grassy area outside the pool by the playground. PER HOA AGREEMENT, NO SWIMMERS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PLAYGROUND.
• PARKING: Try to use the big parking lot by the tennis courts. Avoid street parking. DO NOT use unauthorized handicap parking, park in front of street signs, or park in a red zone. The host team specifically asked to give out this warning as it has resulted in vehicles being towed in the past. IF the designated parking lot fills up then there is the option to use the parking lot in the front of the facility. It is smaller and will have reserved parking spots for coaches and officials. Be sure to only use unreserved spaces. 

The weather should be bright and sunny this weekend! Be sure to bring plenty of water and sunblock!
