Hello swim families!!!! 

As our summer season has come to an end, we gear up for one last event together.   I wanted to send out a notice that we have a few board seats open for the 2017-2018 swim season. Parents if you are interested being part of the Ponderosa Westador Swim Team Board, please send me an email at [email protected]. The Board Member seats are as follows: Secretary, Volunteer Coordinator, and two member at large seats.  A vote will take place at the our end of the year awards on 8/11.  We need parents interested in helping run the team.  Any parent, new or seasoned is eligible to be part of the board.  The level of commitment for the two positions includes attend meetings during and off swim season, corresponding with parents, newsletters, helping with pep-rally, end of year awards, and a higher level commitment to Ponderosa Invitational.    

Also, please make sure to RSVP to the end of season awards banquet that will held at the beautiful Klein Multipurpose Center. This event is catered and we want to celebrate all of swimmers together and send our swim family out with a bang. Our swimmers have worked so hard this past swim season, so we wanted to spoil our team and do something nice for you all. We hope to see you there August 11, 6-9pm. 

Please RSVP by this Friday August 4th, in order to provide adequate food, drinks and dessert.
