Parents, this weekends volunteer sign-up is on the website.  We need everyone's help for the upcoming swim meet. Home meets require all hands on deck.  We have set-up on Friday, during each practice and first thing Saturday morning.  

Friday Set-up (Does not count towards volunteer hours but we still need EVERYONE'S HELP)

No Parking Signs need to be placed on Verrett Lane, and on Cali.  - There will be no parking on Verrett Ln, as it will be a swimmer drop off area for both the visiting and home team.

Baby pool needs to be secured

Ready Benches are setup

Long Tents are to be partially set up, and Team Tens are taken out but not set-up

Chairs need to be set on both ends of the pool.  There will be NO team set-up or folding chairs set-up inside the pool area.  

Please be sure you are volunteering to help at each meet. Parents of swimmer's 11 & up, should be volunteering to time second shift.  We can not run a meet without second shift timers.  Remember failure to fulfill your volunteer hours will result in your volunteer check being cashed. There is so much to do that we really NEED your help, not your money.
