Parents, 

Heat sheets (Psych Sheet) are normally sold by the hosting team as a fundraiser and they range from $2 - $3, but High Meadow Ranch opted not to sell heat sheets.  Attached please find the PDF file for this weekends heat sheet. 

New parents:  The heat sheet is the list of swimmers entered in the meet in event order with their seed time (current fastest time).  The Cali pool is a meter pool, therefore your swimmers times from the time trials meet are converted to yards.  To make the conversion from meter to yards, you take your swimmers time and divide by 1.11; and to make the conversion from yards to meters, you take your swimmer's time and multiply it by 1.11.     

Age Group Parents:  If you need a copy please reply and let me know so I can print the correct number of copies.

As always I will email results from the meet on Saturday evening or Sunday morning.
