Hello Parents / PI Swimmers:

I had many questions about what time to be at the Klein OAK pool this weekend.  Here are times you should be at the pool. 

ARRIVAL TIMES for both Saturday and Sunday:

                    INDIVIDUAL EVENT SWIMMERS:    arrive no later than 6:45 AM

                    PROGRESSIVE RELAY SWIMMERS:  arrive for warm up at 6:45 AM.  10 & U may arrive at 8:30 AM.  I do not recommend trying to swim with the big kids but you are more than welcome. 

                    AGE GROUP RELAY SWIMMERS:   arrive no later than 11:30 AM

Can't make it?  Running late??  Please make sure to text me.  I can't hear the phone ring during swim meets but will regularly check for text messages.  Text the swimmer's name and if you're coming/running late.  If i don't hear from the swimmer or parent and they miss roll call at 11:30 AM, I will call in the alternate.  If the alternate is called to come in, then THE ALTERNATE will swim the relay.
