VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:

We have a couple more timers and scribes positions available and we still neet to fill the Ready Bench positions.  

Only Ready Bench volunteers are allowed in the Ready Bench area.  Please note that NO Age Group Parent (team parents) will be allowed in the ready bench area.  If you are an age group parent, you will take them as far as the entrance of the Ready Bench coral and then the volunteers will take it from that point.  It is important to have our team represented in the Ready Bench as other teams will not know our kids and if our swimmers miss their events they will not get to swim.  We have volutneer positions in every shift so please sign up TODAY.  Parents to assist Ready Bench, please write the name of the swimmer and all his events underneath their name on the right arm, w/a Black Sharpie.  The events are already posted so please make sure your kids have that first thing Saturday morning.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Please observe all NO PARKING signs and do not park infront of mailboxes or block driveways.  Parking is available at Kaufman Elementary School, 2760 Northridge Forest Drive, Spring, TX, 77386.  The school is about a mile away so you can drop off your items and then head to park at the school.  The teams have secured a golf cart shuttle that will be available to all parents.  We were only able to secure two shuttles so their may be some waiting time but they will only pick up and drop off in the assigned locations.  Parking at the school is first come first serve and the area for set-up is available beginning at 6am.
